A decade at the intersection of creative direction, production, narrative, and strategy in games. I helped build Plan A Collective from the ground up and shipped on some of the industry's biggest titles.

Transmedia Strategy

A strong idea can live across formats without getting lost in translation. A world, a character, a tone. I help IP holders define what makes their idea travel, then build the strategy to take it from games to film, TV, publishing, and beyond. Or the other way around.

Behind the work

Tereza Roller-Sabella

I've spent the last decade at the intersection of creative direction, production, narrative, and strategy in games. I helped build Plan A Collective, a Prague-based co-development studio, from the ground up.

Along the way I've led original IPs, pitched projects to publishers, and managed studio partnerships. My biggest passion is transmedia: how a strong idea can live across formats without getting lost in translation.
